  Several men shared their experience of events that were supernatural in their lives in that they seemed outside the coincidental of random occurrence one might expect.


MAY 21 Dean W. Becken,
Finance Executive and Business Owner
  Dean has over 29 years of successful experience leading, building and strengthening companies while providing a solid accounting and financial structure. He has achieved this by developing "Big Picture" strategy and translating vision into plans that achieve exceptional results. Dean has been CFO of Summit Industrial Construction, LLC, Alpharetta, Georgia, growing the company from over $20 million to over $60 million in annual sales; Co-Founder, Co-Owner and CFO of Integration Systems LLC (iSys), Deerfield Beach, Florida, where he grew company revenue from $0 to over $30 million in annual sales; and Co-Owner and CFO of Inglett and Stubbs, Inc., Atlanta, Georgia where he helped grow the company from $20 million to over $ 140 million in annual sales. He has also worked at Waste Management of San Antonio Texas, and Nankin, Schnoll and Company (purchased by BDO Seidman) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Dean has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and his former professional affiliations include Certified Public Accountant, Construction Financial Management Association President and Chairman of the Board of the Daystar Foundation. Dean and his wife, Arlene, have lived in Polo for three years and lived in South Florida and Woodstock, Georgia, prior to that.


AUG 20 Jim Hensley,
Division Sales Manager, Guaranty Trust Mortgage,
Subsidiary of Volunteer State Bank.
  Jim provides strategic leadership for eight account executives in the eastern half of the country. His team generates over $100 million in residential loan production per month from 25 states. In his 30+ years in the mortgage banking field, he has had executive sales level positions for national lending platforms with financial companies such as Fireman Fund, Pittsburgh National Bank, Regions Bank and Fifth Third Bank, resulting in $40 billion in loan production. He is a past board member of North Georgia Children's Center, a published author and 6-gallon blood donor. Jim holds a BS degree in Business Administration with a Finance Major from Ohio State University, and he has completed MBA courses at Wright State University and Eastern Michigan University. Jim and his wife, Tammy, have lived in Polo since 1998 and have lived in Ohio, Georgia and Whitmore Lake, Michigan, before that. They are members of Cumming First United Methodist church.
