Darren Dannelly,

Executive Director of the Forsyth County Family YMCA

Darren has been in this role since September 2019. He has worked for the YMCA since 2002 in North Carolina, Florida, and now Georgia. He is a graduate of East Tennessee State University and passionate about the outdoors and serving his community. The Forsyth County YMCA is a non-profit, community based organization. Most know the Y for swim lessons and exercise, but the Y is so much more. The Y in Forsyth County provides membership and programs to all foster children at no charge. The work the Y does with members with Parkinson’s disease is world class and innovative. And the Y always ensures no one is turned away for inability to pay.

NOV 19	Dick Van Yperen

	Dick spent twenty-five years as an educator and coach at Ridgewood High school in New Jersey before becoming a private school educator and administrator. He spent five years with the African Inland Mission at Rift Valley Academy, in Kenya, East Africa, followed by fifteen years at Eastern Christian School in Northern New Jersey. He retired and moved to Cumming, Georgia and started an educational consulting business. Dick has three adult children and nine granchildren. He published A COMPLETE GUIDE TO GODLY WISDOM in 2019 , and recently released his second book SO WHAT WISDOM, Living Wisely With Eternity in View.
